60-day request window
You may request a return within 60 days after delivery. A return request starts the process; obtain the return instructions before sending an item.
What to include
- Your order number and the item you would like to return.
- The color and size of the item, so the exact variant can be identified.
- A description and photographs if the item arrived damaged or differs from what you ordered.
Use the supplied return instructions
Send items only to the destination provided for your return. A correspondence address is not automatically a return warehouse. Return-postage responsibility and item-condition requirements must be confirmed for your order before dispatch.
